Who is the guy in the logo?

The guy in the logo is Bill Shaver, our founder. Bill created a legacy through his exotic pets and crazy commercials, thus creating a landmark eatery on the Outer Banks of North Carolina

Do you Ship BBQ?

We are currently working with the Dept. of Agriculture to legally ship our cooked product to your home.

In the meantime, please browse our selection of signature sauces that you may use to “spice up” any entrée, or try re-creating any one of Pigman’s uniquely barbequed products.

How long do you cook your BBQ?

Barbequed perfection isn’t easy, but the reward is great!

Pigman’s Bar-B-Que takes great pleasure in introducing your taste buds to our signature barbequed products.

Needless to say, hours of preparation go into producing the perfect bite of smoky goodness…Just try not to break out in song while your mouth is full.

What kind of wood to you use to flavor your BBQ?

A combination of hickory and oak help us achieve each mouthwatering munch.

Hickory is not only extremely hard, but also very intense in aroma and taste.

Oak is softer across the board (pardon the pun!), which will lend balance from first to last bite.
