But more than that, it’s about making people happy and blowing their minds with the magic of great BBQ. What started as a BBQ hobby in Bill Shaver’s Kill Devil Hills country ham shop has quickly grown into a successful restaurant and catering business under the guidance of Richard Bruce and Top Palmer. Once the do-it-all employees of Bill, Richard and Top now carry on Bill’s legacy of tasty NC BBQ, good times and Southern hospitality with flavor. We’d love to make that legacy available to others across the country.
